Located in the new development of Silversage, this wonderful home is minutes away from SolVista Ski Resort and two golf courses: Headwaters at SolVista and Grand Elk. The central location of this home allows easy access to all of Grand County's attractions. Hot Sulphur Springs, our best kept secret, is a 15 minute drive. Winter Park and Mary Jane Ski Resorts are a 25 minute drive. There are miles of nordic skiing terrain within short distances at SolVista , Snow Mountain Ranch, or Devil's Thumb Resort. Grand Lake and the three lakes (Lake Granby, Shadow Mountain, and Grand Lake) are all within a 15 minute drive. Outdoor activities include hiking trails, skiing, boating, biking, golfing, fishing, kayaking, rafting, and much, much more.
Nearby summer activities include nearly all forms of water recreation: boating, water-skiing, sailing, jet-skiing, fishing, swimming, as well as kayaking and rafting on the adjoining three lakes and their tributaries. Rocky Mountain National Park and the Arapahoe National Forest provide miles of hiking, skiing, and snowmobiling trails, as well as unparalleled wildlife watching opportunities. There are several golf courses in the area: Grand Lake's 18 hole public golf course just north of Grand Lake Village, Headwaters at Granby Ranch, Grand Elk, and Pole Creek. Other fun things include Rocky Mountain Repertory Theater Company performances at the community center of Grand Lake, Jazz Festival in Winter Park, horseback riding, historical homesteads and ghost towns, museums, great restaurants, antique stores, and much, much, more!
Rates
Rates for April 1st to November 30th are $350 per night. For December 1st to March 31st it is $450 per night. EXCEPT Holidays which are $600 per night and include December 22nd to January 4th and July 2nd to 5th. PLUS a $225 cleaning fee per reservation. Three night minimum for most stays.
Refundable Security Deposit:
A $500.00 refundable security deposit is due upon booking. The security deposit will be returned via check within 14 days of your departure. Should damage or excessive cleaning occur, the amount of damage or extra cleaning shall be deducted from your security deposit. At the time of booking, 50% deposit is due. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. If making a reservation within 30 days of arrival, full payment is due upon reservation.
Cancellation Policy:
The reservation deposit is refundable less 3% transaction fee up to 30 days of your arrival. Within 30 days of your arrival, the reservation deposit becomes non-refundable.

No Smoking or Pets Permitted:
All properties are NON-SMOKING and have a NO-PET RULE, no exceptions. Violators are required to pay a substantial cleaning/deodorizing fee.
Gorgeous, huge, 3 level home, with a private hot tub, large deck, game room, home theater, centrally located to all of the activities that Grand County and Rocky Mountain National Park have to offer.
he home sleeps comfortably 25 people. Main level features a complete business center with wireless internet, computer, printer and drafting table. Kitchen has granite tile counters, double oven (one convection) with flat top range, breakfast nook and formal dining room. Gas fireplace in Living Room, 45" TV with DVD and sound system. Master Bedroom has a King Bed and is equipped with a 29.5" TV with DVD, jetted garden tub along with deck access and a Hot Tub. Upper Level has a family room and 4 bedrooms. One bedroom has 3 Bunk Beds (each has a double on the bottom and a twin on top) and sleeps 9 people. There are 3 more bedrooms on the upper level, each with a queen bed or a full bed. Two extra futtons, a queen couch sleeper and a queen air mattress provide additional sleeping space.
Lower Level: Has an 80.5" TV projection screen with Home Theater set-up, dish network, game table, pool table and foosball, wet bar, and queen sleeper sofa.
